  • At Morguard we believe pets are family too! We welcome both cats and dogs. Residents can have up to 2 cats or dogs. We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds. Restricted breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid.

    We partner with a third-party platform, PetScreening, to help manage pet and assistance animal information. Residents will be required to complete a profile directly with the provider, which will collect and process information in accordance with its privacy policy and terms of use.  All requests are reviewed by management as part of our standard process.
